Estimated Delivery Time

Metro areas may arrive faster than provincial or remote areas. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, holidays, and force majeure events.

Shipping Fees

Where a package is advertised with free shipping, no separate shipping fee will be charged for that covered offer unless otherwise stated during checkout or order confirmation. If an address falls outside normal delivery zones, additional charges may apply and will be communicated before dispatch where possible.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations. COD availability is subject to courier coverage, order verification, and delivery partner policies.
